Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

The Fastest Lap Time Prediction Competition ("The Competition") is a fundraising activity organized by Road Extreme Club ("Organizer") to support the club's motorsport community & activities. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Voluntary Participation

Participation in the Competition is entirely voluntary. Entrants participate at their own risk and expense.

3. Objective

The objective of the Competition is to predict the exact fastest lap time in the Fastestlap9ja Championship racing event of 25th January, 2026.

4. Prediction Submission

Entrants must submit their prediction(s) in the designated format before 12Noon, January 25th, 2026. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

5. Prize Money

The total prize money purse is N100,000. All entrants who correctly predict the winning lap time will share the prize money purse equally.

6. Winning Conditions

To win a share of the prize money, entrants must:

• Submit a prediction that exactly matches the official winning lap time.
• Comply with all Competition rules and requirements.

7. Prize Distribution

The prize money will be distributed equally among all correct predictions. The Organizer's decision on prize distribution is final and binding.

8. Fundraising Purpose

The Competition is primarily organized for fundraising purposes to support the Club motorsport community, programs & activities. The Organizer reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative costs from the prize money purse.

9. No Warranties

The Organizer makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or reliability of the Lap timing, Competition or the prize money.

10. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants release the Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for losses, damages, or claims arising from or related to the Competition.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Edo State, Nigeria.

12. Dispute Resolution

Entrants in the Fastestlap prediction competition are considered as "Donors" & forfeit their right to any dispute arising from the Competition.

13. Amendments

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition at any time, without prior notice.
